Describe the outcomes of your projects and experiments, focusing on measurable achievements.Direction:
Explain how you influenced the work of others, whether it's shaping strategies or setting priorities for teams, departments, or the whole company. This becomes more crucial at higher levels of seniority.Engineering Excellence:
Detail your efforts to create better systems, enhance developer productivity, and decrease/resolve bugs.People
Discuss your non-technical contributions, like mentoring, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding. Also known as organizational impact, this involves work that benefits the team as a whole.

Good post but the GRAD dimensions are incorrect :) GRAD evaluates on Challenge, Contribution, Influence, Expertise and Teamwork attributes
