This book was recommended by one of my ex-CTOs (Hetti at Circles.Life, SG) and I could say this is one of great books which guides you on how to improve people communication.

One think I know I definitely need to work on remembering people's names.
To help this, I know I always remember better when I've seen their name on text as I'm a visual learner so I make sure to write it down.
