Amazing growth, Hemant. I think it’s roughly the same as mine too. About 6 months to ~10k subs. You’re on a big growth track. Looking forward to more of your posts and following the journey
Congrats on this amazing growth Hemant! Any tips for us aspiring writers who started writing this year but they still have a long way to go to 8k? Where’s the secret? :)
Thanks Hemant, I experience the same - 86% of subs come from recommendations for me.
I had moderate success promoting my newsletter on other platforms because without spending hours on LinkedIn, it’s pretty ineffective. What subreddits you post in? How much time you spend on LinkedIn? Thanks for the insight Hemant!
Congratulations Hemant.
Thank you Sunil 🙌🏼😀

Hi Akos,
Thanks so much.
Half of my subscribers came from recommendations or substack network.
- I believe networking with other writers in your niche really pays off
- Also, I think posting notes gives more visibility to your profile and newsletter.
- Also, share your articles on LinkedIN, Reddit, Hacker news etc for more visibility
